Every aspect was great. Breakfasts were absolutely superb, and so were the bar meals. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is great as there is a stop very close to the front door for the bus that covers the modest distance to the town centre every 20 minutes. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming.
Lots to choose from at breakfast.
Parking is available which is a huge plus.
The family room (120) was fine for our stay. We had issues with the water pressure. The showers aren’t the best.
The double bed is a little on the small side and the rooms can be very hot but a fan is provided.
The noise outside is quite bad.
You have the luxury of using their sister hotel for the leisure facilities.
Overall we had an okay stay at the Best Western. The staff make this hotel what it is.
