We stayed at this hotel while attending an event at the Orpheum Theatre, and it was an excellent choice. We were mainly looking for the most comfortable beds near the theatre, and the customer reviews were absolutely right! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel felt luxurious, with beautiful decor throughout.
We also really appreciated being able to check in early when we arrived, which made our day so much easier. Not long after settling into our room, the staff even surprised us with cookies delivered to the room — such a thoughtful touch!
A special shout out to the valet service as well — they were so eager to help that it was almost funny, in the best possible way. They were very welcoming, helpful, attentive, took good care of the car the, luggages, and made us feel very well taken care of.
Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay, and we would happily return.

Very nice older boutique hotel in a great part of town. My wife and I spent a week in a junior suite and were able to walk almost everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was average and overpriced so we mostly avoided it but there are many great restaurants nearby. The workout room is small but adequate for our needs. We would go back.
