Friendly staff, the room was clean and modern. There was a pool, free parking, and maybe a 30 minute drive to Annecy, and a bit less to Geneva. The breakfast was good too.

Very nice hotel with great staff and location. The lobby is beautifully decorated. The rooms are clean and modern. Its a huge pluss that they have free parking right outside the entrance of the hotel.

This is one of the most charming, welcoming hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The lobby has a large firepit that smells amazing when you walk in. There’s a brilliant restaurant on-site with delicious, affordable food that can even be ordered via room service. The receptionist was so kind and friendly, spoke excellent English and was very sweet to our dogs. The only potential downside I can think of is that it’s rather close to the highway, but we weren’t bothered by any noise. It was actually convenient since we were passing through on a road trip.

Excellent cleanliness in the room and common areas. Friendly staff. Good food for dinner (with Covid restrictions, you have to collect your food in the restaurant to bring back to your room). Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet.
