Terrible! Stay away. We stay in budget hotels all the time, and usually it’s get what you payed for, but this one tops the chart at one of the worst. We had no choice, otherwise I wouldn’t stay there, but we arrived at 1:30 am after a long drive and had no energy to go anywhere else. On the positive, no bugs. Otherwise extremely dirty everything, including toilet seat and tub. Filthy carpet, bed frame, and pretty much every surface. We opted out from sitting on the toilet. The sink was separated from the counter. I didn’t even open the refrigerator, was kind of scared. Strange people on the property. The sheets and pillow covers had cigarette holes in them. How, in clean conscience, do you make a bed with sheets that have burn marks in them? Nothing like the photograph. Avoid at all cost.

Rooms are dirty, cigarettes burns on the bed sheets. Rooms reek of cigarette smoke. Bed looked dirty.
