Check in with Ajay was easy. Unfortunately, I had somehow doublebooked the room after my plans changed and didnt realize that the loner stay had not been canceled prior to my checking in. I received a 1(one) night penalty on my refund. The rooms reflect the budget pricing. They were clean. I had to be moved as my 1st room heater did not work. Train noise and extremely loud whistle was heard at around 6pm, 3AM, and early morning due to close proximity of railroad crossing.

Video check in was difficult. No actual person at front desk for the majority of the stay. Room was fine and the continental breakfast was fine.
