The hotel was excellent! The staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel front office manager, Nards Borondia, assisted us in transferring to a different room that was perfect for us.
We will definitely stay at Shangri-La Manila when we visit the Philippines again.

Great breakfast, very nice hotel, spectacular staff. Good restaurants and bar as well. Walter in the was excellent. A great hotel in a very central location.
