The room was great. The staff was amazing, except for one guy that was working on Wednesday night around midnight. He was very unpleasant and unhelpful. His actions were extremely distasteful. I went to pick up some packages and told him on multiple counts that there were packages there for me. He insisted that I went with all already. I am literally looking at the packages, with my name on them, from where I was standing. Myself and my wife just walked away and went to our room. I went back out early in the morning, and spoke to a very sweet young lady, and she handed me my packages without any hassle
The overall experience at the hotel was amazing. This is my third time staying here
