    I stayed here for one night with my mum to go to the mayflower theatre. Really great location for this and the train station around 8 minutes away. Comfortable room and would return

    Amazing staff really kind, couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is really close to train station we walked there then it didn't cost a lot in a taxi to the port for our cruise. Would definitely stay here again

    I've stayed many times and always had a very warm welcome and the location is ideal for eating, shopping and my business meetings. Food selection is great and the facilities.availblw help make the stay more enjoyable and better value for money. Definitely plan to stay again and it is always my go to hotel when I visit friends and clients so look forward to the next one.

    We stayed at the Novotel for one night, before a cruise. The hotel room carpet was very stained everywhere, and there is no air conditioning. We had to leave the window open otherwise it would have been so hot. But it’s a very noisy area. We arrived in the evening and there was no food available. The lady at reception was very sweet and the bed was comfortable. Close to the port. UBER was 7 pounds. I misjudged this hotel. I stayed at the Novotel in Amsterdam and it was lovely. So I relied on the chain and did not even check to see if there was air conditioning. So some of it was my fault, some was theirs. And also, there was one bath towel and one hand towel only.
