Very near the Confederation GO station which was convenient.
Room was cozy and clean. TV remote wasn't working.
Bathroom was clean as well but the body wash bottle was empty and the facial tissue box.

Only a two day stay but everything worked well for us seeing people all over Hamilton. Great location . Only problem was choice of toast and burned bacon!

We had so many issues with this place, it is located next to a recycling place, the elevator never worked , the floors were dirty , our tv stopped working and it was extremely noisy. The only saving grace for this place was the excellent staff, they tried their best to accommodate us by moving us to a different room but they were not enough to make me go back there.
