We really enjoyed the oasis that the Majestic hotel offers. This beautiful, historic hotel could not have been in a more ideal location for viewing must-see historic sites and delicious restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés lining the sidewalks. The views from the rooftop bar are so expansive and the tacos on the tapas menu were a real hit. We thoroughly enjoyed our days at the Majestic hotel.

The only outstanding aspects of this hotel are its excellent location and the professionalism of the staff. Unfortunately, the hotel room was far below my expectations for a five-star property. The furniture is outdated, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the housekeeping service was disappointing. The linens were not changed daily, and even the cups in the minibar area were not properly cleaned. Additionally, during my check-out, I discovered that the water supply had been shut off throughout the hotel due to maintenance. Guests were not notified in advance, which I found to be very unprofessional and unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Overall, the experience gave me the impression that the hotel administration does not place sufficient importance on guest satisfaction or customer care. The issues I encountered could have been handled much better with proper communication and attention to guests' needs. I would, however, like to acknowledge the front desk staff member who made a genuine effort to assist and help resolve the issues. His willingness to help was appreciated.
