    It’s good hotel with a good name but they are not doing the same standard of other Sheraton hotels… hotel don’t have toiletries (toothbrush, comb, kit) even tissues, they don’t put back up. We stay 5 days in the hotel, not even put 1 time. And December 17 when we have breakfast, one chief put the sausage by her bear hands to the tray… around 9:30am if you want to check your CCTV if you have. Your using the name of Sheraton hotel… so give the good quality of service. Thanks a lot

    Rooms were smelling very bad when we checked in. Had to change the room. Post that, the next 4 days stay was good. Attention to room cleanliness and other details needs to be improved by the hotel staff.
