Great value. Comfortable stay during our layover visiting parents in Irvine. Nice updated hotel with very spacious and nicely appointed room with microwave, keurig and mini fridge. Walls were quite insulated from sound but we heard hallway chatter thru the door. 3 stars for cleanliness (provided feedback to staff) due 1 minor thing. Would definitely stay again during our next visit to the area.

Gorgeous Hotel with a wonderful room. It didnt hurt that the weather was perfect and I got to enjoy the sliding glass door being open while my wife and I lounged around the room. Will happily stay here again in a few months.

The worst administrative experience, both with the hotel and the app. Despite sending a message informing that I would not be able to arrive due to a flight issue and requesting a cancellation, they continued charging me. To this day, they insist on charging even though I never checked in and they were properly notified. The hotel simply ignored my message to keep charging, and the booking app offers no assistance at all. A terrible experience and extremely poor service.

My family and I checked in late and the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the mattresses were extra comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and there were so many options for me and my family. We asked for a late checkout and the staff was very accommodating. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here!
