    Location is central and convenient with not too much of a slope to walk up to. Lift is small and slow, gym is a few blocks away. Lobby is nice and there’s a cafe for your daily morning coffee fix.

    Great location but the room is quite dusty (my skin reaction is the barometer for dust control). Customer Service at the reception varies in standards depending on who is on duty, from friendly to nonchalant.

    The room was spacious, but the floor didn’t feel very clean to walk on barefoot. The staff were helpful and friendly, but the property had more of a motel feel than a hotel — surprising, considering it’s rated 4 stars on Agoda.
