I booked a jacuzzi room through Agoda but when I got there the property told me that’s.not what they booked me for just regular room . I always book through them and never had a problem . I drove 5 hours from Michigan it was sweetest day weekend and the jacuzzi room was the only reason why I booked . The Agoda rep on the phone act like they couldn’t do nothing about it or accommodate me in anyway the manager James novak and Brielle (spell check ) accommodated me very well by upgrading my king room to a jacuzzi for my stay . They were very patient with me. They said they always have this issue with Agoda I will never book through them again

The guy name Anthony is very disrespectful to women. He have a problem.. someone broke into my room the first day been there I went through a third party and Anthony refused to check me out or cancel. I went to the desk and ask if housekeeper when in so I could understand and feel safe.. they blew up on me like I was the problem I will never ever go back there now I lost on my room and *** I paid to stay.. I’ve emailed his GM and haven’t heard anything yet
