The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions with a smile. A special shout-out to the breakfast—the free breakfast they provide in the morning was absolutely fantastic and definitely a highlight of our stay! It was the perfect way to start our day. We had a wonderful time here.

Love the space we bought we also thought the place is very clean. The surprise that we experience was that there was a cost for parking. That’s just unacceptable to me. The ability to stay at a hotel should not cost an extra $150 to stay.

Clean room, had to wait right at the published check in time to get a room. This is a family crowd hotel. Our 4 night stay was always loud & noisy from upstairs room occupants that stomped all around their floor as early as 7am & at night when the kids bedtime would be around 8-9pm. The daily breakfast in the am was excellent! Staff kept everything replenished & so clean & NEAT! Would stay here again but that stomping from neighbors is a bit tough when you want to sleep in. Occupants need to be mindful of other hotel guests with their moving activities- this won't be the hotels fault so we never put in a complaint.

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. We really liked the waffles. The location cannot be beat. So close to the park as well as restaurants, coffee and CVS and Walgreens.

Breakfast was perfect for my picky eaters and my indulgers. The rooms were perfect sizes and the bunk bed kids' area was a nice separation addition.

I upgraded to a view of Disneyland but all I got was the back of the cars land facade. I felt robbed. I had planned on spending time at the Sunny pool shown in the pictures but it’s in a cave-like courtyard with not enough room for all the guests. I never got to use the pool at all and I never saw any sun on it. Breakfast was good and I really appreciated having the allergens labeled on each food so I didn’t have to ask. Thank you for that.

Our room was great. We had a little dividing curtain that separated the beds from the rest of the space. And we actually saw the fireworks out of our window, the night before we went to Disneyland, so that was special for the kids. Breakfast was convenient, very busy, but happy it was included. We only booked one night, as we were staying close to DL so that we could enter early the next morning and had hoped to leave our car there on day 2, though we weren’t actually staying another night. the hotel was able to accommodate that for just the price of parking. Loved it!

Thin blankets and not enough. Room was fine and breakfast was okay. Oatmeal, Greek yogurt and healthier choices would have been great. Biggest problem was hotels.com changed our reservation without answering my questions and communicating that the reservation was changed. I got a call while I was trying to enjoy the last day at Disneyland with my family, a call to be out of our room. So I spent 90 minutes in the middle of my last day of vacation dealing with that.

You billed me for a two queen bed and that was false . I had a king bed on bottom floor near the end of hallway and people were screaming at the kids and slamming doors all night, when I checked in I thought my fees where all included and then was told I needed to pay another $150 for parking, so not real pleased tha had to put more money out when that should be disclosed when making the reservation and also the gentlemen was very rude as well
