    We had to change our room three times due to poor accommodations. The last time we changed our room was due to the air conditioner breaking. When I advised the concierge at the the front desk that the repair technician stated that the air conditioner couldn't be repaired, I was asked if I wanted some fans or if I wanted a different room. I refrained myself from being sarcastic and said, "Yes, a new room please (why would someone pay hundreds of dollars for room accommodations and remain in the room if the air conditioner is inoperable). After midnight, the customer service became even worse. The night manager (***) was extremely disingenuous. I inquired about my room not being cleaned and he advised me that I had to request my room to be cleaned. I advised him that there is a brochure advising if you want the sheets to be changed, you need to place the brochure on the bed. So, I asked him where does it indicate that if you want the room cleaned, you have to request it? *** stated that he didn't know and I then asked him shouldn't he know since he's the night manager, he stated perhaps. I knew that with his incompetence I couldn't receive any remedy so I went back to my room. I did receive better customer service from the daytime manager, but this was our worst stay at a Hilton affiliated establishment (extremely disappointed).

    This hotel is awesome. It it beautiful inside and out. As well as the staff that go above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable. The place is spotless. Every room I’ve stayed in here has always been impeccably clean. And to boot, they know how to make a bed. I can’t stand when the sheets and blankets are all crooked( I anm a little OCD though). Anyway…..The FREE Breakfast is outstanding!! Everything you can think of they have it. Also you get a FREE alcoholic beverage EVERY night you stay. And that’s for every of age guest that stays. They also have other restaurants located inside the building. And they have an indoor pool. 🏊‍♀️….. So if I were you… I would pick the Embassy to stay at for your next trip. You won’t regret it!!!! P.S. there is a Wawa right across the street. FYI 😜

    Well I did book the presidential suite the other day and the hotel said I couldn’t have it???? That was wrong
