While this Hampton Inn is located in a rather desolate part of town with only gas stations and an Academy sporting goods store within walking distance, it is one well managed by attentive staff. The cleaning and maintenance staff are also very friendly to guests in spite of language barriers. Wifi connection is decent and rooms have mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast is standard Hampton Inn and this one is very well managed with staff always checking to replenish food items. The gym is standard Hampton size and is clean with basic equipment enough for a decent on-the-road workout. There isn't a laundry in the hotel and that is probably the only point that can be improved. Overall the rate is reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. I've stayed here many times when visiting Austin and I will definitely choose this Hampton Inn again next time I'm in town.

My parents and I spent one night at Hampton Inn, and let me tell you that we loved it. The cleanness of the room, coffee and tea 24/7, they also provide With good quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and the breakfast, lots of options. Definitely will be staying here when I get to visit Austin again.

It’s right on freeway and you hear cars all night! The location is kind of sketchy with homeless looming around parking lot which is mostly around side and back which is concerning for safety. Front staff very nice. Breakfast was good.
