    I rented a room at red roof Inn from December 1 to December 8 two different rooms room 202 in room 203 infested with cockroaches the cleanliness, terrible urine crusted around the toilet toilets sheet rot dust all over the bathroom in the toilet tank in the corners in the walls Cockroach infestation, bedbugs, staff terrible no hot water whatsoever 95° that I tempted border of health came in and they tempted at 100 Terrible to stay one week and not shower because the water is too cold

    Terrible customer service the manager/owner Nancy is beyond rude for the price you can go down the rd to the best western and receive better service. She is the rudest nastiest person you will ever meet and they should put someone else as a manager of the hotel. No wonder the place is empty

    The rooms are ran down and old fashioned. The bed is high and tough. People of all sorts are at this motel. It looks like a place you have to scorn. However, the staff was very pleasant and well mannered.
