The hotel is run down and dirty looking. We were given a handicap accessible room and the water ran out into the main area. This isnt a new issue as the bathroom door is warped and chipped from constant water exposure.

Staff kind and hardworking. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Here’s the absolutely most frustrating part. The pool was cold. The pool room was cold. When you reserve a room with an indoor pool for the sole purpose of swimming and can only go in the pool for a few minutes at a time. It’s BS

I say it was a very nice there was a hockey tournament going on in Erie with young girls in the hotel and they all were very respectful and we were not bothered by them at all. I would have to say is that I felt that the bathroom was very small. I’ve always been used to a shower with a tub and then separate vanities and that was a little tight but for four adults I think I would get two rooms next time, but the staff was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved staying here for our night. I had read the great reviews, so I was hopeful, but it far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in, Debbie provided great service. Even switching our rooms to a higher floor because she knew there were a lot of families with little kids near where our original room was, so she let us know about it and offered to switch rooms for us. The room itself was very nice and very clean. While the bed and pillows weren’t the comfiest, everything else was. Including the fantastic breakfast buffet.

The staff was nice, but then there were screaming kids running up and down the hall.The room appeared to be clean.But once I grabbed the remote, it was very sticky.The walls are also paper thin.So you could hear everything.I had to sleep with the TV on to drowned out some of the noise. Not sure i would go back.

The word suites and the title would have you believe that it was a little bit more upscale than it was. At $175 a night, you should not have single ply toilet paper, spots of mold in the shower, and a 32 inch x 32“ shower that looks like something out of the 70s. It was a great bed for a good night sleep and super friendly staff, but would probably look someplace else for our next stay where the price lined up a little bit better with the quality.

Bathroom needed to be dusted on the edge of the shower. Pubic hairs were laying there. The bed was hard as a rock. Sleeping on the floor might have been more comfortable. The breakfast was lacking. One of the containers holding hot food was totally empty. Very little variety.

Easy access off the highway- perfect for our one night stay on our trip. Clean, quiet, reasonably priced, quick breakfast and then on our way! Deborah checked us in that evening and was very friendly and helpful. Good experience!

Everything was fine except the walls were thin/ we heard the tv from the room next door over our tv which we kept low. People going in and out were loud with the doors slamming. If there’s any way to soundproof the rooms that would help. Luckily they turned off the tv by the time we were going to sleep Also the back door on first floor did not lock/ did not need the card, it just pulled open
