Perfect place when you want to visit amazing museum just less than kilometer away. Seems like it is also closest place you can park a car. Nice hotel, underground parking (be patient!!) . Not much else to do in the area and makes sense to eat in the hotel as nothing great in the area anyway. very polite stuff! thanks!

I stayed for 2 nights and overall it was OK, what you would expect from that price range. The one small thing is that I received 2 emails from the hotel (which turned out to be standard info emails), but which were in French (even though my name is clearly not French and I am using austrian hotels.com application) so I had to go through additional effort to translate and see whether it’s something important or not. It would be better to send such emails in English. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Nice location outside the busy centre. Walking distance to the mall and river. Receptionist were very helpful. And the pool area was clean. Nice hotel woukd stay again.

The property is ok I have stayed at an ibis budget which was far better whilst it is a lower class property. The checkin process took far longer than it should have done as the receptionist was confused with the booking, which was a straight forward 3 night booking. Some of the staff at reception were great and some not so great and would not acknowledge you when you entered or left the property. Asking questions or help we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and some staff members were unhelpful. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and it was a fairly small room. The pool and the surrounding area were dirty and the were loose tiles around the edge of the pool. There are two hotels sharing the pool area which can make it quite busy especially when the weather was extremely warm during our time of travel. There are a few sun beds too we had to resort to keeping our things at the spare table which was in the smoking area. There are also no shops for drinks etc in the area however there was a vending machine which was handy.

Reception was clean and had plenty of facilities. Receptionist was friendly and check in was easy. Room could have been cleaned better as dust in corners and could hear next room but to be expected. Overall very convenient and comfortable stay.

Really convenient to the Halle Tony Garnier where we were seeing the Scorpions. About 30 minute walk to Bellacour and the shopping district with some really lovely bistros and restaurants to eat. Uber taxis are amazing in Lyon arriving within 2 or 3 minutes so it was really easy to get to further out to places like La Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourvière and the cultural quarter. Excellent stay, clean rooms and a bar which opens about 6pm til 11.30pm.

Hello, the hotel receptionists are very kind and helpful. Price-quality association is good. Hotel is close by confluence museum, shopping mall, aquarium, tramway, etc. The area of the hotel is safe and residential. It is a budget hotel so we can find all the basic necessary things in the room. They could put a kettle in the room by the way, apparently some rooms have kettle but some not so i did not have a kettle in my room. There is not carpet in the room so i really like it. They left a box of praline candy in the room to welcome me for my first night, it is very cool. There is a vending machine at the corner of the reception so it is useful. The riverside is just behind the hotel. Thanks a lot. I like it. :)

The hotel was placed in an area outside the city center, but the best area of the city, which is between the two rivers, was easily accessible by tram. The room was very small, the wardrobe was open and had space to hang only 3 clothes, the carpet in the corridors was old and worn, the room's furniture materials were old and of a poor quality

A friendly, clean hotel in a good location right by the River. Restaurant was closed( covid precautions) but by arrangement we had a meal at the next for hotel. Breakfast was great in the Ibis….good choice. Clean and tidy with on site secure parking. Would recommend this to everyone
