Casa de aparência moderna e cuidada. A localização e a natureza envolvente. Comodidade para churrasco.
O quarto da Joaninha tem pouca privacidade. Nomeadamente a janela do WC cuja cortina é quase transparente e por isso visível do exterior (torna-se um desafio principalmente à noite com a luz ligada). Podia ter uma cortina opaca ou persianas como o resto da casa, e mais louça disponível.

Falta de privacidade do quarto n 5 no WC. A janela não tem Qualquer black out que permita tomar duche com privacidade.
