The house design very stylish, clean and bright too.

The guards were all friendly and well coordinated. The access card pick up was smooth and fast. The parking lot location was just right in front of the lift entrance which was very convenient! The stay was awesome. Although all the communication was conducted through a customer service account from WhatsApp, their response was prompt.
Bonus: the customer service PIC & room cleaner managed to help me get back something important I left in the bedroom the next day I checked out. Much appreciated for the assistance and responsibility.

The room is nice and clean. the facilities are good. However, the owner is yet to refund me the security deposit of RM 200. Supposed to refund within 24 hours. However after 24 hours the owner replied to me saying his bank account had been hacked and cannot refund me until he borrowed money to refund me. I am now sure how true it is, when asked for a police report and he does not reply. I will follow up with him to get my deposit back.
