Absolutely everything! Well equipped small home, comfortable, good hot water and wifi, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner arranged a bike for me and had it waiting when I arrived, she personally dropped me off at the bus station as well. I would 100% stay here again. Other reviews said noise from the street was a problem, I didn’t find it noisy at all. Perfect little place!! Thank you for a wonderful stay ka 🙏🏼
Nothing, it’s perfect! Only thing to note is you’re basically in between Kong muang and Ao nang so if you don’t like riding motorbike on the “highway” that would be something to consider. I did not mind it and feel comfortable driving.

Separate building
The front patio door lock was worn out.I told the lady receptionist who came and strudel to lock the door.The key went in the lock anyway around and when it finally locked you could just pull the doors apart.No security at all.She just looked when I showed her.The road was nearby and you here all the noises traffic.Not peaceful.No kettle for making coffee.
