Having to register with Komfy Stay and pay a security deposit was difficult. All that I wanted to do was get into the apartment and into bed but I had to register with Komfy Stay so that I could pay the security deposit. Why is this deposit not included in the payment I made to Booking.com. The Komfy Stay email went to my spam finder which being done I did not at first think of because I was tired. The host then said that the latest they would come to bring the key was 22:00 and I would have to come back the next day to check in. This is an unacceptable threat as many flights come in late and it takes such a long time to get there from the airport. It was nearly that time when I was finally able to pay the deposit and someone turned up with the key. I then had to leave the keys in the unit at 12, on request by the host, when I checked out because no one could come to collect the key at when I had to vacate the unit. I felt uncomfortable Sutherland this for security reasons.
