Modern Apartment Free Parking Double Bed Suite 5

The location was good, bus stop just on the main street. Parking was little bit hard to find at first because the main one before the house is only for really small cars, but we could see the car from our window which was definitely a plus. Kitchen was great, everything needed present and all appliances quite new and working without issues.

Sadly, a lot was not as expected for the price. Parking - it was supposed to be gated, but the gate never closed and was always opened. The building, although looking well, is like from paper - you can hear everything. Upstairs neighbors walking and talking, anyone going on the stairs and given that everyone just slams the door, apartment shakes like in earthquake. Would be great if the doors would have stoppers so they can't be slammed shut. And not only other tenants did it, the cleaning ladies were stomping around and making horrible noise for more then an hour on one afternoon. Apartment, although looking clean at first, had carpet on most floor, which was not clean at all and there were stains especially in the small entry hall and in living room. Bedroom - the bed, although comfortable, is very small and narrow and for two people it's not so easy to not fall off because the sides of the bed are not supporting the mattress. The shades on windows let light around them, so if you are accustomed to dark bedroom, this one is not. Bathroom - this was the worst part of the apartment. So small, you can barely sit on the toilet, shower stall so small, you can't even put soap on without banging your elbows and the water heater was very hard to set on wanted temperature, not to mention that it does not allow to adjust flow and the shower head is on short hose. There were no hooks to hang towels from and the heater barely fit the hand towel. Sadly we were in luck of bad neighbors, who arrived twice after midnight, slamming every door in process, turning on TV and washing machine at 1am. I know this is not something the owners can do anything about, but they didn't respond to any of my messages about the matter. Also there could be some note or rule card in the apartment, that quiet hours are from 10pm and that TV or other appliances are not allowed to be run.
