Lokalizacja blisko plaży, dobrze skomunikowane miejsce z centrum, blisko przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe. Czysto, dobry na krótki pobyt. Pościel ręczniki, zestaw do ciepłych napojów.
Klatka schodowa nieprzyjemna i stale otwarta sąsiedzi dość wulgarni. Blokowisko- typowe osiedle ale zwłaszcza wieczorami okolica nie daje komfortu bezpieczeństwa. Głośno od ulicy trzeba zamykać okna na noc. Zapchany odpływ w łazience, nie zamykają się drzwi do toalety.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko plaży, pieszo ok. 7 minut spacerem, wygodne połączenie transportem publicznym do centrum Gdańska, Sopotem , Gdynią (na jednym bilecie 68 zł /72 h). Apartament bardzo ładny, funkcjonalny i naprawdę czysty (jak zupełnie nowy). Plusem parking przed blokiem w którym znajduje się apartament (samodzielnie mieszkanie), wjazd tylko dla mieszkańców.
Jedynym minusem to położenie apartamentu w typowym blokowisku, jeśli ma to znaczenie dla użytkownika. Jednak biorąc pod uwagę cenę i bardzo dobre warunki w mieszkaniu, to sumarycznie opłacalne.
