Clean, simple, great location for me. Everything needed for a small business trip.
Unfortunately on the day of arrival I received a strange message asking for an additional deposit to be paid through an external platform. I reported it to Booking and did not pay anything on top of the actual price paid weeks before, but it left an unpleasant feeling. Might stay again if the property takes steps to improve transparency and avoid unexpected charges.

El estudio es bastante amplio y cuenta con todas las comodidades para una estadía corta. El desayuno por Breakmake fue fabuloso en ambas ocasiones.
La localización es excelente, a minutos de la estación de metro caminando. Cuenta con ascensor y lavadora.
El check in fue rápido y fácil.

Cleanliness, location
The only thing was loud noise from neighbors at midnight. However after I mentioned it to the hosts it stopped.
