The location of the flat is very lovely, not far from the large free parking lot (recommended by the host), parking a car near the flat is almost impossible, due to the narrow streets. We stayed for one night in mid-September, and the place was quiet, with good WiFi and very clean. 5 minutes on foot to the centre of the city. It also has a small balcony, but with no view. Also, it has a small but fulfilling kitchen.
It says parking is available at the location, but that's not true; it's actually 10 minutes on foot, and if you have a lot of things to carry with you, it can be exhausting.
