Super lokalizacja. Pod "nosem" sklep spożywczy, lokale gastronomiczne i przystanki komunikacji publicznej. 15- 20 minut do centrum to w dzisiejszych czasach nie odległość, a cena i warunki rekompensują "niedogodności" związane z dojazdem. Lokal bardzo czysty i zadbany, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne.
Można by się postarać, żeby ciepła woda była przez cały czas...
