Schönes Appartment mit einem hauptschlafzimmer, angeschlossenem Bad u sehr komfortablem doppelbett.
Auch die anderen beiden Doppelzimmer sehr fein. Gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne sehr ruhige Gegend.
Interior weist Gebrauchsspuren auf, aber nicht schlimm. Manche Beleuchtungen funktionierten nicht.

I wanted to share our wonderful experience staying at the apartment. It was simply perfect for our family of four. The place was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, with just a few steps away from the iconic Arc de Triomphe and the bustling Champs-Élysées. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The process for check-in and check-out was seamless, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Communication with the owner was excellent, with prompt follow-ups and great attention to detail. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Paris.

Really loved location, very close to the Arc de Triomphe/Champs-ÉLysées. In a "town" like Paris, location is what it is all about.There is a very efficient Carrefour City market, which has jut about everything, including 3 or 4 brands of peanut butter. The caretaker Tony, is a wonderful person who really heps with his knowledge of the apartment and does the cleaning. And finally, last but not least,I really appreciated the owner's sense of humour, He even got in touch with my mother, how?, to come up with all sorts of anecdotes about me! Would we return?, Mais certainement! ( This was a real "Tour de force"on his part...................................Mom has no longer been with us for 18 years! )
