The view from the apartment is excellent.
It was very clean inside the apartment with essentials provided.
Shower is strong with good hot water.
Location very near the frequent M2 subway line that goes under the river to the Pest side.
Outside of building and entrance are drab, in need of cleaning and painting. Common stairway area is deteriorating. There is a strenuous stair climb to the third floor up a dark, unlit staircase. An elevator exists, however guests are prohibited from using it as it is reserved for "residents only" though we never saw any "residents".
It was slow to heat up the apartment in November, (only two of four space heaters working).

Die Lage war großartig.
Die Wohnung war schmutzig. Es sah nicht so aus, als wäre es vor meiner Ankunft gereinigt worden.
