Tolle Lage mit Meerblick und mitten im Ort, gute Ausstattung und sehr netter Kontakt, alles da, was es braucht.

Treppenhaus etwas eng und nicht sehr gepäckfreundlich.

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grossartig! Perfekt, um im Windschatten Sonne zu tanken oder zu Frühstücken. Ausserdem liegt ganz nah ein Hügel, den man innert einer Stunde bewandern kann. Die Wohnung ist verwinkelt gebaut, was sie spannend macht.

Einziger Kritikpunkt, weil ich grosser Fan von Frischluft bin: Es gibt im Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer kein Fenster (in der Küche führt das Fenster zum Gebäude-Gang). Das einzige richtige Fenster/Schiebetüre ist im Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse heraus.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma curato e ben arredato. Il punto di forza è sicuramente lo splendido terrazzo coperto con una meravigliosa vista mare. Si trova a Las Playtas, un tipico paesino canario molto carino ed autentico con diversi ristoranti e un paio di piccoli supermercati. Ottima soluzione per chi apprezza l'autenticità, ma anche i pochi passi che dividono dalla bella e lunga passeggiata sul mare. Molto apprezzate anche le golosità e la bottiglia di vino lasciate come benvenuto dalla proprietà.

Dotazione della cucina un po' minimale. Non sarebbe male avere qualche attaccapanni o un piccolo armadio/cassettiera in più in caso di soggiorni più lunghi o se di è in 3 o 4 persone

The location was excellent in a quiet and still predominately local village. A great view from the terrace across the bay and a n excellent beach for relaxing and swimming. We have been to the island over the years but it was our first stay in Las Playitas but it will certainly not be our last.

Shower a little temperamental with respect to flow but nothing that spoilt our stay or the likelihood to book the property again
