Новый дом, хороший ремонт, удобное расположение, есть парковка. Милый балкончик, электрический камин вечером создает атмосферу уюта. Заселение бесконтактное, проблем никаких не было, хозяева отвечали оперативно. Рядом парк, можно пешком дойти до Сокограда.
Нет утюга. Временами неприятный запах из санузла. Звукоизоляция не очень, но в спальне соседей не слышно, а это главное)
