Excellent experience! I stayed a month in the apartment. The place is really clean and cozy. It is totally equipped and has everything you need for your stay: washing machine and dryer, towels, tv with netflix, good wifi, kitchen utensils, etc. The owner lives downstairs and he is very attentive and gentle. The coffee machine stopped working in the middle of my stay and he quickly brought me a new one. On another day, an amazon package arrived and I wasn't at the apartment, so the owner received the package for me and kept it safe until I returned. In this case I think I wouldn't have any issues if the package stayed outside too, because the neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. Finally, it was really handy to be near the metro, fast and easy access to downtown where you can hangout and know cool stuff.

Je suis venue à Montréal pour me reposer et voir les couleurs de l'automne. J'ai été agréablement accueillie, j'ai vraiment appréciée la tranquillité et l'espace de cet appartement, le balcon à l'arrière donne sur un jardin avec des oiseaux c'est très plaisant.
Point important la literie est bonne, ce coin chambre avec canapé et TV Netflix est bien douillet.
Il est situé dans un quartier calme où tout est à proximité, le métro, bus, magasins, le parc Angrignon, le canal Lachine si vous aimez marcher ne sont pas loin, j'ai fait des belles balades j'ai pu profiter des couleurs.
