Apartamentos en Edificio H2 Bocagrande Cerca al Mar

The apartment and building were lovely and clean! The pool is in the shade in the morning so it was possible to spend some time there before lunch without getting burnt by the sun, the water was clean and the water temperature was excellent. The gym is also one of the best ones I have seen in any building like this in Colombia! The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to cook everything we wanted. The wardrobes were large and provided enough storage so we could fit all our motorcycle gear and luggage. The washing machine was great and it was easy to hang dry the laundry on the balcony. It was always very easy and safe to get a taxi from outside the building into town, there was always a taxi waiting outside and the door man kept the area outside the front door very safe! We also loved the proximity to the beach! It was always easy to find chairs, umbrella and drinks along the part of the beach that was opposite the building, we never had to go far. The balcony was lovely in the afternoon when the sun was facing the other way, and it was easy to hang out in the hammock in the breeze.

Many of these things are things the owner cannot control or fix: 1. The wifi was terrible and I had trouble to complete the course work I had planned during our 2 week stay. There is a router in the apartment and it claims you have decent connection to it, but the connection from the router to the wider network was not always working even if it claimed to work. Even when it worked it was very slow and it was impossible to do things like connect to a remote desktop or view a video. 2. The communication between the building and the owner did not work at all. The owner had been advised that the elevators would be turned off one day for maintenance, and forwarded this information. What actually happened was that all the power and water stopped working! This meant the aircon did not work, the shower did not work, the toilet did not work, nothing worked! The building did not even provide us with bottles of water and the shop downstairs quickly ran out of large bottles. It got so bad we saw one guy refill his large bottles with water in the pool! The owner claimed that this never happens in this building ever, but the staff acted as if it was just a normal thing to them... 3. The aircon was a bit ... specific... It stopped working a few times during our stay and we had to turn if off and on a few times to make it work again. The maintenance guy said that if "too many" guests in the building put their aircons "too low" it stops working for some units. For such a luxurious building that does not feel acceptable! It is not some cheap place that was built decades ago. It is a top of the range luxury building. 4. If you plan to use the parking: it is shared with the shopping center and you need to use 3 different elevators to get there. It takes aaaaaaages! 5. In general, it felt like the staff was underpaid.

Me gusto la vista al mar y los servicios que se disfruta en el edificio. Se puede descansar sin problema, departamento totalmente tranquilo

no es culpa del anfitrión pero por momentos el internet es lento ademas estaría fabuloso intensificar un poco mas la limpieza en las toallas, por el resto excelente
