Rick is a great host, communicates well and has an easy and clear protocol for arrival. Unit is well equipped and furnished.
My only gripe were the mattresses: I like a firm mattress, and while I think these are probably decent quality, they are comfortable only for those who like a very soft mattress, I did not sleep well as a result but this is perhaps more of a presonal preference.
