The location is great. It's close to the shuttle, the market, walking and biking trails and restaurants.
The loft could use air access. It's too hot to sleep comfortably for the kids because the fan doesn't work well and the transom windows don't open. The coffee pot didn't have the correct filters. Although I really like this place and have stayed there twice now, the amazing amount of rules to follow make me feel like I'm going to mess up some how. That takes away from some of the enjoyment. Other than that, it's great.
