Lokalizacja . Blisko do Montowni i do ul. Elektryków. Tam był festiwal na którym byliśmy więc bliziutko. Nowocześnie urządzony apartament na 10 piętrze z balkonem i widokiem na pomnik stoczniowców i ECS.
Byliśmy w czerwcu . Jeden dzień padało ale było ciepło. Niestety w apartamencie brak klimatyzacji był bardzo odczuwalny zwłaszcza w nocy. Bardzo duszno. Odgłosy z budowy od rana w dni powszednie obok apartamentu momentami nie do zniesienia (ale może akurat tak trafiliśmy na prace młotem pneumatycznym) Zwłaszcza przy otwartych oknach. Niestety jak zamkniesz okna to w mieszkaniu jest bardzo gorąco. Nie wiem czy to problem z wentylacją czy taka uroda tego apartamentu. Jeśli ktoś przyjeżdża w celu zwiedzania starego miasta to jednak nie jest zbyt blisko.

Bardzo ładny dobrze wyposażony. . Z super widokiem na muzeum śolidarnosci. Dobrze skomunikowany wszędzie blisko.
