Расположение а самом центре города. Все достопримечательности (площадь Республики, Азнавура, филармония, театры, топовые рестораны) в 5-15 минут пешком. Очень тихо в квартире, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Чувствовали себя, как дома)

Центр, все в шаговой доступности.в квартире было все необходимое для комфортного проживания(полотенца,постельное,принадлежности для душа,чисто.На кухне тоже все необходимое есть.Бесконтактное заселение(прилетели ночью).Манеж для ребенка.
Нет парковки (то есть она есть но парковаться там нельзя ,код от шлагбаума только для постоянно проживающих как мы поняли)и есть платные парковки вдоль дороги (не дешевое удовольствие 1 $ в дневное и вечерние время в час,ночью бесплатно с 22:00-7:00)шумно с дороги и со двора.Такси останавливает в доль дороги и надо быстро выбегать из машины (так как опять же во двор не заехать)4 этаж ,мы были с маленьким ребенком и с коляской не удобно .Холодные полы(плитка везде)тоже минус с маленьким ребенком. Нужно поменять разделочную доску!
