    The front desk staff member meral was amazing! She went above and beyond by letting me check in early, which made my arrival so much easier. She was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for making my stay start off on such a positive note!

    I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel twice during my trip to Antalya—both before and after visiting Cappadocia. It is incredibly cozy, and the staff creates such a warm, friendly atmosphere. I was especially impressed by the air conditioning: instead of being placed directly over the bed, it was installed above the entrance door in the hallway, which keeps the room comfortably cool without blowing directly onto you while you sleep. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts. A special touch was that I was given the exact same room upon my return, which made me feel right at home again. Highly recommended!

    The hotel itself is nice and in good location. It is near to the shops and the room we had was quite big. BUT the aircondition keep breaking. We had to call 4 times to get it fixed as it keep breaking and all they do is turn off the electric switch and hope for the best. If break again around 4am and I couldnt be ask to call them again as they will just reset the switch again so I just did it myself! We asked for room switch and they said to ask reception and they do not have one to give us at the moment which I don't believe as the hotel doesnt look too busy and they couldnt offer alternative. The guy trying to fix the aircon was a bit rude too and reception during night time couldnt understand English. The 2 receptionist during day time were nicer and they allowed us to leave our stuff for few hours while waiting for our flight.
