We confirm all the previous reviews, especially highlighting the unforgettable hospitality of the host, worthy of at least 12 points. The sterile cleanliness, the high aesthetics of the interior, and so on. It's best to explore the area by car, but a well-stocked shop in Soroni and the beach are within a half-hour walk. We'll gladly return next year. Thank you.

We travel quite a lot as a family, but it's been a long time since we've met a host who genuinely cares about their guests as much as Nikos does. From the very beginning, Nikos was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything, no matter the time of day. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find cold drinks, fresh fruit, and some basic groceries waiting for us in the fridge—such a thoughtful gesture after a long journey. The apartment was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Having air conditioning in every room made a huge difference during the hot summer days. Fanes is a peaceful and authentic place, perfect for a relaxing stay while exploring the beautiful west coast of Rhodes. We truly felt at home here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Rhodes and will definitely recommend Nikos and his wonderful place to our family and close friends. Highly recommended!

We liked that the property was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay, air conditioning in every room, and a lovely terrace to relax on.
