Posizione comoda per raggiungere senza troppa fatica sia il centro di Tropea che il mare. Staff cordiale e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Due letti matrimoniali ottimi per ospitare fino a 4 ospiti per soggiorni brevi.

Struttura probabilmente non adatta per lunghi soggiorni, spazi non enormi.

Il soppalco con letto bello ma secondo me dovrebbero mettere un ventilatore nel periodo estivo troppo caldo

The apartment itself was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable, so no complaints in that regard. On the positive side, the beaches and the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, which is a big advantage.

To begin with, the apartment is essentially just a bedroom with a bathroom. There are no facilities to make coffee or prepare breakfast, so you'll need to eat out. It would have been nice if at least a kettle and a couple of cups had been provided. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin—you can even hear someone sneezing in the next apartment, which can be quite disturbing, especially in the morning or late in the evening. Although Google Maps makes the walk from the train station look quite short, in reality it's more challenging, especially on the way back, as it's mostly uphill. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose this place for a longer stay in Tropea. However, for a 1–2 night visit, it's perfectly adequate, especially for travelers with modest expectations. Finally, I'd like to mention the transportation. The owner offered to arrange a ride to the train station with a driver he works with. Unfortunately, for a journey of only about one kilometer, the price turned out to be almost ten times higher than a regular taxi fare, which came as an unpleasant surprise.
