Amazing location - very convenient if you want to visit the gems of Paris! The host always replies fast and is very friendly and helpful.

Soggiorno piacevole, ottima posizione e padroni di casa super accoglienti! L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la dispensa, ricca di diverse tipologie di tisane, tè, olio, sale e caffè. La posizione è strategica: a soli 5 minuti dalla stazione Nation, a 1 minuto da un supermercato e con una pizzeria, un ristorante, una boulangerie e una rosticceria proprio sotto casa. Nota di cronaca: al momento la facciata del palazzo è in ristrutturazione e l'ingresso con le scale interna risulta un po' datato/fatiscente, ma l'appartamento compensa. Consigliato!

The apartment is spacious, well laid out, and equipped with everything you need. It’s thoughtfully organized and furnished with a simple yet tasteful style. The area is full of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, and the apartment is conveniently located near the Nation and Rue des Boulets metro stations, making it easy to get around Paris. Anthony was extremely kind, communicative, and flexible with check-in. He also shared great recommendations for boulangeries and restaurants. Despite the lively neighborhood, the apartment faces a smaller street, so it’s very quiet for great sleep at night.

I was traveling with my mom, who is in her 70s, and there are three flights of stairs to reach the apartment. While that’s common in Paris, it’s something worth considering for anyone with mobility concerns. The bathroom and shower are quite small. Although the space is well designed, it may be worth keeping in mind if you prefer or need a more spacious bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cocon. The apartment is bright, welcoming and well-equipped for all daily needs, the beds were very cozy. Our hosts Anthony and Vincent were absolutely kind and helpful, communication was always prompt and top-notch.
