Appartamento stupendo con vista mare, composto da due camere e due bagni. Molto comodo grazie alla lavanderia interna e alla climatizzazione. Un plauso speciale a Gaia, la nostra referente: giovanissima ma davvero in gamba, disponibile praticamente a qualsiasi ora e sempre gentilissima. Quando abbiamo avuto un paio di problemi con la corrente, ha risposto immediatamente risolvendo tutto senza intoppi.
L'unica pecca è l'estrema vicinanza alla linea ferroviaria adriatica. Detto questo, a me personalmente non ha dato particolarmente fastidio: tenendo tutto chiuso, l'appartamento risultava abbastanza insonorizzato.

Bellissimo appartamento molto confortevole dotato di tutto. Particolarmente bella la terrazza fronte mare! Dotato di ogni confort e, cosa non scontata, venivano fornite su richiesta cialde caffè, detersivo lavatrice e capsule lavastoviglie..a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pineto. Terzo piano dotato di ampio ascensore.
Mancanza di parcheggio privato.
