Great location and a fantastic-sized property with plenty of space and excellent facilities. We especially loved the outdoor area with the fireplace and hot tub — it was a great place to relax and one of the highlights of the stay.
Unfortunately, the kitchen cleanliness was below what we expected for a property of this standard. Some utensils, pots and pans hadn’t been cleaned properly, and we had to rewash everything, and a number of surfaces could have been wiped down more thoroughly.
The pillows were also disappointing. They were very thin and felt quite cheap, which really let down an otherwise comfortable bed and overall sleeping experience.

The fit out. Thoughtfully designed. Hot tub was pre-heated for our arrival. Wood fireplaces were bliss. Separate kids play/TV loft was a bonus. Would love to return!
The pillows. Thin and lumpy. For premium accommodation these missed the mark by a long shot. No sport channels so missed the rugby.

Beautiful, well designed home with luxurious finishes. Seems to be holding up well with guests. Very clean. Huge sliding doors for indoor/outdoor living. Plenty of comfortable seating options inside and out. Washer and dryer in garage. Just walk across the street to be at Wānaka beach. Also a short walk into town. Good privacy from road and nearby houses.
Only one flat pillow per sleeper. Since we didn’t need to use all the beds/bedrooms, we borrowed some pillows from other rooms to augment. Be aware the house is along Wānaka-Mt Aspiring road so there is a bit of road noise though it didn’t bother us. Would book again and again!

I love all the facility and design of the house especially the hot bath in the backyard
the couch in the backyard might needed to be cleaned，to much dust.
