Posizione ottima per essere a due passi dal centro ma senza il caos. Casa molto grande e curata ottima per 6 persone ad un prezzo super. Antonio gentilissimo e super disponibile!

Tutto perfetto. Solo una piccola infiltrazione d'acqua dalle terrazze ha macchiato una parete del bagno ma di certo è colpa delle piogge di questo periodo e Antonio sono sicuro che sistemerà tutto. L'ascensore funziona mettendo una monetina da 20 centesimi... ma non è un problema... basta farne scorta !

Casa molto bella all’interno ,camere spaziose e balconi in entrambe le camere . Molto pulito ,in una posizione strategica perché vicino alla stazione e metro . Ci sono molte scale ma c’è ampio ascensore ,il titolare gentilissimo e molto educato ,sempre a disposizione . Cucina bella e con tutti i comfort ,frigorifero ,forno ,fornelli ,microonde ,piatti ,tazze ,pentole ,posate ,caffettiera . Ci siamo trovati benissimo . Asciugamani pulitissimi a disposizione . Sì dormiva bene e anche se in una via molto trafficata non abbiamo avuto problemi a dormire ,il soggiorno e’ stato ottimo .

Mieszkanie jest bardzo przestronne. Sypialnie są duże i mają klimat, pomieszczenia są bardzo wysokie i w pokojach jest piękna podłoga i duże okna. Łóżka w sypialniach są wygodne. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna do odkrywania Neapolu. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe - kontakt z właścicielem przez whatsapp i odbiór kluczy ze skrytki. Klimatyzacja w dwóch pokojach działała bardzo dobrze. Mieszkanie było czyste.

Klimatyzacja jest dostępna w jednej z sypialni i w pokoju z kanapą - nie ma jej w pozostałych pomieszczeniach. Brakowało nam drobnych rzeczy, które mocno zwiększyłyby komfort: brakuje szafy z wieszakami by odwiesić ubrania, w łazience jest miejsce tylko na dwa ręczniki, brakuje kieliszków do wina, kawiarka nie działała - brakowało środkowego sitka, była też rozmiarowo na jedno espresso. Łazienka jest bardzo skromna, prysznic jest w wannie, a bidet nie działał. Naczynia są bardzo podstawowe. Kanapa w małym pokoju nie jest zbyt wygodna do spania. W instrukcji domu jest prośba, by po użyciu ciepłej wody wyłączać bojler, więc tak robiliśmy - ale po każdym powtórnym włączeniu trzeba znowu czekać aż woda się nagrzeje.
