Watching machine need too fix Iron need too fix New Iron bord Fix wooden chair front off dressing table Please provide new towel Provide water in fridge Salt and pepper in kitchen for breakfast Hover need in the property Living area needs limp Garden need artificial grass and more decorations We got bedroom in basement and we can't sleep upstairs people walk we can hear noise them feet . i think you should put carpets on upstairs apparment please hope you fix this little problem for your customer thank you overall Great experience in this property

Bedding covered with female hair

Nicely decorated, comfortable

The double bed had female hair in it, and the floor in the same bedroom was covered with hair as well. It was clear that the bedding had not been changed, and there was a lack of proper cleaning—dusting had not been done, and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Additionally, there wasn’t enough toilet paper, and the ironing board was broken. Fortunately, I had brought my own iron and was able to use the floor to iron my clothes. Overall, it’s a nice place, but extra attention needs to be given after customers leave to ensure that it is cleaned thoroughly. Was looking foreard to it. I have never slept in anyone else bedding. That's really put me off. I rather stick to hotels.

Let me start by saying that this place has potential however did not live up to the expectations and the pictures provided. It's in a good area close to a tesco and easy to get around from. The heating works very well. The beds are moderately comfortable.

The place had multiple problems during our stay. we were not informed that the washing machine was smashed in and there was broken glass inside. We informed the owners and their response was that they knew it was broken, that's why they didn't advertise it as one of the amenities but failed to inform us of the broken glass. The sofa was broken and was a hazard, my nephew injured his leg on it. The kitchen was quite dirty with stains in the cupboards. If you would like to do any cooking during your stay, the pots and pans are all rusted and unsafe for use. The bathroom is downstairs and has no ventilation and so smelled strongly of damp which was quite unbearable, we had to get aifreshner to soften the blow. The radiator is also rusty in the bathroom. When we arrived there was rice on the surface on one of the bedrooms as through someone had just had their dinner there. The flat is in a house and the walls and floors are extremely thin and you can hear everytime someone comes into the main door and the neighbors walking around and hovering upstairs and so if you're looking for a quiet stay, this is not the place for you. The curtain rail came loose and so was hanging off the wall. The owners were understanding and accommodating and offered compensation for our stay as it was far from luxury. ,
