Spacious apartment (I travelled alone) with living room, bedroom and kitchen and two bathrooms in a nice part of town, on a hill with some wind. Place has private parking on the patio, so that removed one headache instantly. Bus stop is around the corner, which takes you straight to the downtown. Good cafe on the corner, and other excellent shops nearby. And let’s not forget: it’s a very very quiet ground floor appartment - for the week that stayed, I slept like a baby. I felt very at home.

The mosquitos on the patio are relentless, but perhaps more importantly the place could benefit from a good scrub and a visit from Mr Fixit. Surfaces and switches are sticky, curtains frayed, drains don’t clear and one toilet flush broken. But hey, it’s Rome.

Emplacement résidentiel très calme, lignes de bus à proximité qui permettent un accès rapide et pas cher au centre ville. Supermarché Conad proche de l'appartement. Parking privé et gratuit, c est un énorme plus pour Roma. Personnel Buddyrent réactif et présent pour résoudre les petits aléas du séjour. Nous recommandons !

Dosta se osjetio miris vlage.

The appartment is spacious enough for 2 persons. Possibility to park your car safely on the premises and easy access to supermarket, bars and city center (by bus). Neighbourhood very good. Bed also good.

The carpet was smelly as if a dog had slept on it. Even after cleaning the smell remained. The shower curtains were not clean. One of the showers was leaking so the floor was wet all the time. The sofa in the living room was crappy. It is hard to find a real good seat inside and outside. In general we think the owner should invest in serious improvements on several remarks.
