Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, con arredamento moderno, letti confortevoli.
Scala di accesso senza corrimano, con il cane del vicino che abbaia ed entra col muso sugli scalini. Il bagno è privo di porta! e così risulta far parte dell'unico open space. Mancano altre dotazioni minime: bidet (benché menzionato sul sito), portarotoli, portasciugamani, sedie, piani d'appoggio e cassetti in camera
