Mitten in Nienburg gelegen, super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gemangelt!
Hier und da für meinen Geschmack zu viele Spinnenweben, der Boden war ein wenig klebrig und im Geschirrspüler standen Gläser der Mieter vor mir. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße der Fußgängerzone. Kein Autoverkehr. Optimale Lage. In ein paar Minuten auch an der Weser zum Spaziergang. Sehr geräumig, nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Dusche mit Waschbecken und WC mit Waschbecken sind getrennte Räume. Grosse, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern der Wohnung. Sofa gemütlich und WLAN optimal.
Für uns persönlich könnten die Rollos im Schlafzimmer mehr verdunkeln. Die Wohnungstür ist per Code zu öffnen. Sehr praktisch. Allerdings kann man die Tür beim Verlassen der Wohnung nur mit großem Knall zuziehen. Etwas "ungünstig".

Sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Alles da was man für ein paar Tage zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Tolles Angebot mit vorhandener Milch, Tee & Kaffee.
Klimaanlage und Badlüfter sollten mal gereinigt und gewartet werden.

Von Deluxe ist das schon weit weg. Von 2 Bädern noch viel weiter. 1 x Dusche Waschbecken Waschmaschine ohne Toilette. 1 x Waschbecken mit Toilette
